Can I return an order?
We are happy to exchange or provide store credit for items in new, unused and original condition within 14 days of receiving the goods. They must be returned in original packaging in a re-sellable brand new condition. Any visible marks or damage to the item or the packaging will mean the item will be returned to you and no store credit or exchange will be given. We cannot accept returns after 14 days. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The customer must contact us first to discuss the return. Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return and/or the items for which you would like to exchange. If an item is faulty and we cannot supply a replacement or repair the goods you will be entitled to a refund or store credit. We will not provide a refund if the customer changes their mind, the goods have been damaged after purchase (this may be covered by warranty) or the customer finds the same item at cheaper price elsewhere.
What this means to you
• If the goods are not what you were looking for or the size is incorrect we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit; we will not issue refunds in this instance – The customer is liable for all return postage costs and the goods must be original re-sellable condition. At the discretion of the manager a 10% re-stocking fee maybe charged.
