The Ultimate Edge premium grade state of the art Diamond Sharpening Steels are made of microcrystalline diamonds bonded with nickel to a lightweight oval steel shaft which both sharpen and realign at the same time quickly producing a hi-grade cutting edge.

This steel is designed to match the handles of all the major branded knives with stainless steel handles. Having the narrow shaft allows it to fit most standard knife blocks.
