Blade: Material is SK5 high carbon tool steel. The steel is heat treated using a unique process that makes the blade flexible and resistant to bending or breaking. The blade is thinner at the top and thicker at the teeth which assures clog free sawing and a finished cut so smooth it appears to be planned. Blade locks open for safe use.

Surface: Hard chrome-plated for greater hardness, rust resistance, and durability. The smooth surface prevents resin from sticking and accumalating on the blade.

Teeth: The special design makes additional setting unnecessary. East tooth is pitched to 2.5mm and is ground to knife edge sharpness and will never need resharpening in normal use. Cuts on the pull stroke.

Handle: Made of wood textured polypropylene foamed resin. Lightweight and providing a comfortable grip. The blade folds into the handle for storage and carrying.
