How much is postage?

Nothing as long as the shipping address is in Australia.

How long will it take to receive an order?

90% of orders are processed with 2 working days and shipping times are usually between 1-5 days (depending on location). From time to time we experience delays of up to 1 week simply because we are awaiting more stock. If in doubt, please contact us to check availability on a product/s.

Can I return an order?

We are happy to exchange or provide store credit for items in new, unused and original condition within 14 days of receiving the goods. They must be returned in original packaging in a re-sellable brand new condition. Any visible marks or damage to the item or the packaging will mean the item will be returned to you and no store credit or exchange will be given. We cannot accept returns after 14 days. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The customer must contact us first to discuss the return. Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return and/or the items for which you would like to exchange. If an item is faulty and we cannot supply a replacement or repair the goods you will be entitled to a refund or store credit. We will not provide a refund if the customer changes their mind, the goods have been damaged after purchase (this may be covered by warranty) or the customer finds the same item at cheaper price elsewhere.

What this means to you

• If the goods are not what you were looking for or the size is incorrect we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit; we will not issue refunds in this instance – The customer is liable for all return postage costs and the goods must be original re-sellable condition. At the discretion of the manager a 10% re-stocking fee maybe charged.

• If the goods are faulty and we cannot supply replacement or repair the goods you will be entitled to refund or store credit

What happens if an item is backorder?

If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of purchase and is subsequently backordered we reserve the right for up to six weeks to supply the backordered item. Most backorders are supplied within 1 – 3 weeks.
We will accept cancellations for backordered items if you wish to have a store credit instead.
We will only cancel backordered items if the customer has contacted Bronzemoon Outdoors prior to purchase and specifying that the item is required in specific time frame and Bronzemoon Outdoors are unable to supply in the item in the agreed timeframe; In this case the customer will be entitled to a refund or store credit.

What this means to you

• We have six weeks to supply backorders

• Unless we have agreed upon a shorter time frame before purchase we cannot cancel backorders before six weeks for a refund

• We will cancel backorders for a store credit at any stage
